Samuel Brissman has over the past decaded founded several start-ups within the energy and real estate sector.
Samuel is acting CEO in Barcelona Opportunity a Company that specializes in acquisition, development and remarketing of real estate in Barcelona, Spain.
Financially the company has been backed up by some of the wealthiest fund managers in Scandinavia as well as a successful entrepreneur from the gaming industry. Barcelona Opportunity’s management team exist of a variety of professionals from a wide range of industries, with long experience from both the international and the Spanish real estate market.
Founded 2006, Kraftö Vind, was Samuel's first venture. Today the company has grown to be one of Sweden’s largest privately-owned engineering companies specializing in wind power. 2015 the company closed on a project which probably is one of Sweden’s strongest wind power projects.
The Swedish wind power developer Kraftö constructed the Sörby wind farm on behalf of the international insurance company Allianz. The wind farm, consists of 37 Vestas wind turbines, and was commissioned in autumn 2016.
Samuel has together with two real estate companies founded Studentbacken AB with a mission to build 500 apartments for student housing, in Stockholm.
