Barcelona Opportunity AB (publ) was established in 2017 to facilitate investment into the booming real estate market of Spain and more specifically Barcelona. The business objective is to acquire both prime and distressed real estate projects at attractive valuations which are then refurbished and developed before project exit aimed at long-term property management firms.
2015
2015 Kraftö Vind AB closed on a project which probably is one of Sweden’s strongest wind power projects. “The Swedish wind power developer Kraftö initiates construction of the Sörby wind farm on behalf of the international insurance company Allianz, who acquires its third wind farm in Sweden. The wind farm, which will consist of 37 Vestas wind turbines, is expected to be commissioned in autumn 2016.

GREENFIELD WIND
OX2 acquired Polish wind power company, Greenfield Wind. The acquisition of the project development company d gives OX2 the local expertise needed to finance and build high-quality wind farms in Poland.

STUDENTBACKEN
SSM Holding AB, acquired 50% of the company Studentbacken AB, in order to begin production of student apartments as condominium. The concept aim to provide quality student housing in attractive areas close to Stockholm University, Karolinska Institutet, KTH and Södertörn University.
